About Women Thrive
Women Thrive Media, the parent company of Women Thrive Magazine and the Women Thrive Summit, is on a global mission to create an independent media platform that spotlights, celebrates, and empowers women in business and entrepreneurship to succeed and thrive.
Women Thrive Media was founded in 2020 during the midst of the lockdown when uncertainty was high and most people were looking for guidance and community to get through the difficult and unprecedented situation.
Our first international event scheduled for Atlanta, GA, USA was cancelled due to concerns about public safety and we had only a few short weeks to pivot the live event to virtual. But our mission of helping women not only survive but thrive in business and in life was still at the forefront of the event.
It didn’t matter where we were located in the world, we knew we all needed a community and a safe and supportive space where women could share their stories, expertise, knowledge, and more. This was the turning point where women began to rise to their power. They claimed their voices and were determined to conquer any challenges put before them.
Whilst the government said that women were particularly affected, we did not spend time feeling sorry for ourselves, but instead began to build businesses, started new ventures, supported our families, strengthened our communities, published books, and inspired each other to rise to our full potential.
This proves that when we set our minds to accomplishing goals, anything is possible and that women, in particular, are strong, resilient, resourceful, and determined.

Being an impact-over-profits organisation means that any profit we make goes back into creating a more meaningful impact through our initiatives, so women around the globe can advance. When you support Women Thrive Media, you are directly supporting a woman-led company whose mission is to support other women-led organisations. We regularly offer sponsorship and mentoring scholarships for women, support women-led charities, and host social impact initiatives. We believe that giving back to our communities is one of the best ways we can support women in business and entrepreneurship.

Meet the Visionary Founder of Women Thrive Media
Raimonda Jankunaite
Raimonda Jankunaite is the founder and host of Women Thrive Media and the annual Women Thrive Summit which marks Women's History Month; empowering women to rise and thrive.
Raimonda has built Women in Business Club est. 2017 as an inclusive platform and a global community for female entrepreneurs and business founders. In just a short few years, Raimonda has build a globally recognised brand and grown her community to over 600,000 followers worldwide.
Raimonda is a best selling author, international speaker, serial entrepreneur and an expert in visibility and authority building. She helps other business founders become recognised and highly visible in their area of expertise and stand out as an authority in their niche.
Raimonda's passion is hosting events and helping other women become speakers and share their stories worldwide. She believes that there are not enough stages and media outlets that celebrate and spotlight women and their achievements, so Raimonda is on a mission to build a global media company and a platform for women to speak and share their stories, where they feel heard, celebrated and accepted.
Her passion for speaking and empowering others stems from her own personal experience of loosing her voice, her identity and confidence due to trauma, now that she has overcome her own life challenges and found the power in her voice she wants to make sure that no other woman has to hide her light and shy away from speaking up and sharing her story.
