β¨ Exceptional Highlights
β’ A Story of Overcoming Adversity:
One of the most touching aspects of Linda’s story is her ability to overcome significant challenges. From struggling with depression and suicidal thoughts to the devastating loss of her mother, Linda’s journey has been a rollercoaster of emotions. Yet, it is through these deeply personal experiences that she has grown and found strength.
β’ The Challenge That Changed Everything:
A significant turning point in Linda’s life was when she was given a challenge by her therapist: to create a list of things that excited and passionate her, excluding her roles as a wife and mother. This exercise forced Linda to rediscover herself and her passions outside of the traditional roles she’d been confined to.
β’ Embracing Emotions as Superpowers:
Linda’s journey has taught her that emotions are superpowers, not weaknesses. She now openly shares her feelings and encourages others to do the same. Her experience in Women Thrive has allowed her to break down barriers and find a healthy version of herself, unencumbered by past emotional restrictions.
As Linda eloquently puts it, “There is not a person on the planet who has it together 24/7. And I realized that there were some unhealthy traits and habits that I really had to unlearn.”
